Darlington, South Carolina Bobby Lee Tucker, Sr., 86, of Darlington died on Monday, October 2, 2017. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the First Church of God in Darlington. Burial will follow in Grove Hill Cemetery, directed by Kistler Hardee Funeral Home of Darlington. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Kistler Hardee Funeral Home and other times at the home. Bobby was born in Darlington, South Carolina. He was the son of the late Robert Bleechman Tucker and Ottalee Bryant Tucker. Bobby was a lifetime member of First Church of God in Darlington. He established Tucker’s Used Cars in 1948 and Tucker Enterprise Trucking Company in 1978. Bobby was a long standing member of the Carolinas Independent Automotive Dealer Association and the National Independent Automotive Dealer Association. He earned repeat awards as a top buyer from Manheim Auction in Darlington and was a staunch supporter of the RNC and President Donald J. Trump. Bobby had a heart of gold and will be missed dearly. Surviving are his loving wife of 69 years, Eunice Howle Tucker of Darlington; his children, Rachel Anderson and husband, Tony of Darlington, Marilyn Bonniott and husband, Punk of Darlington, Carolyn Goodson and husband, Eddie of Darlington and Lee Tucker and wife, Tami of Florence; his grandchildren, Sonia Bailey (Charles), Tia Matthews (Eddie), Tiffni Owens (Chad) Justin (Jaby) Talbert, Josh (Kendall) Talbert, Bobby Goodson (Tracey), Dorene Goodson (Patrick) Bouska, and Tamilee Tucker; his great grandchildren, Andrew Talbert, Kaelin Talbert, Zackery Talbert, Joey Goodson, Aiden Bouska, Trevor Bouska, Elayna Bouska, Christina Caudle (Blake), Ashley Bailey (Kris), Brooke Bailey, Anthony Matthews, Sheridan Matthews, CJ Owens, and Chase Bailey; his great great grandchildren, Jackson Bailey, Paisley Caudle, and Kali Rae Lambert; his special friends Jerry and Sandra Bryant; and his beloved pet, Black Jack. Bobby was preceded in death by his daughter, Eunice Gail Tucker; his great grandchildren, Tyler Chase Talbert, and Caroline Grace Bouska; and by his brother, Robert William “R.W.” Tucker.
