Francis Scott Dabbs, 47, died August 14, 2020. Scott was born in Darlington County to the late Francis Eugene and Linda Springs Dabbs. He graduated from St. John's High School. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and was honorably discharged. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and racing. He is survived by his brother, Gary Dabbs; his sisters, Debra Norwood and husband Jay, and Donna Dabbs Smothers; his nephews Brandon C. Smothers, Cole Smothers (Jessica), and Lance Urga; his neice, Angela Pate; his great nephews, Deacon Smothers, Dillon Price, and Colby Pate; great nieces, Nicole Smothers, Amber Smothers, and Payton Urga. the family will receive friends from 3 PM until 5 PM , Sunday, August 16, 2020, at Kistler Hardee Funeral Home in Darlington. The family suggests memorials be made to Kistler-Hardee Funeral Home.
