William "Bill" Cromer

Darlington, South Carolina William “Bill” Preston Cromer, Sr., 74, of Darlington died on Thursday, July 30, 2020. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Kistler-Hardee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Frankie Tanner officiating. Bill was born in Darlington, South Carolina. He was the son of the late Leland and Florence Henderson Cromer. Bill enjoyed the outdoors, riding horses and taking his yearly fishing trips to North Carolina with his friend, Billy Munn. Surviving are his wife, Rose Cromer of Darlington; his children, Bill Cromer, Jr. (Becky), Craig D. Burroughs and Carrie Ann Baker; his grandchildren, Brianna, Sawyer, Hannah, Garrett, Tommy, Charlotte, Hunter (Amber) and Emma; his great grandchildren, Gracyn, Preston, Kinsley, Ava, River, Levi, Chase, Jeremy, and Riley; and several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Leland and Florence Henderson Cromer; and his son, Stacey Dewayne Cromer.
